sigilS WALKSHOP
A Sigils, pronounced "SIDGE-ILLS" helps us to share our truth - positively.
Sigils help us process and separate ourselves from our thoughts and to become comfortable with the uncomfortable (even with happiness or joy). Through this process, we empowered to grow in the direction best suited for our wellbeing. Sigils not only help us heal, they are the most reliable, tangible evidence of our positive transformation that we are bigger than our fears!
- Margaret Lindgren, Owner/Guide Unbeaten Path Tours.
SIGILS walkshopWellness, awareness, and our personal path of healing gives us the opportunity to have compassion for ourselves and each other. - Margaret Lindgren, Owner/Guide/Facilitator
Bring Intention Into Form
What if you could translate the spark of an intention into something you can see—and hold? Or gently name a frozen emotion that keeps you circling “false growth”? A sigil (pronounced sij-il) is a distilled symbol created from a word or written statement—crafted to represent the emotion, goal, desire, or ambition you’re ready to manifest. Why Sigils Your personal sigil becomes a practical ally—for meditation, team bonding, recovery, trauma integration, recharging initiative, expressing love, or releasing what no longer serves. Sigils also support co-regulation and co-sensing—helping groups and partners stay present to new perspectives. A Supplement for Life We designed the Sigils Walkshop as a meaningful “daily vitamin” for the inner life—lifting deficits toward a healthier balance through focused creativity and embodied attention. Who It’s For We offer empowering Sigils Walkshops for retreats, corporate teams, couples, and families. For a similar Walkshop that adds a creative writing element to the experience,
