Certified as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, owner Margaret Lindgren creates unique, ALL LEVEL yoga Experiences for the beginner to advanced student. Each class begins with a fusion of Kundalini & Flow warm up exercises that seamlessly transition into a fine-tuned "Kriya" (pronounced KREE-YA). A Kriya is an ancient "recipe" of Kundalini techniques designed to accomplish a specific outcome or goal. Class then closes with a powerful Meditation or Breath technique, deep relaxation & crystal bowl sound therapy. Guests feel vibrant, buoyant, unburdened and connected powerfully within themselves. Combine this with one of our Unbeaten customized Workshops and experience streamlined, effective, and transformative inner healing and evolution. The most common feedback we receive about our classes & workshops says it all - "that was a game-changer for me, thank you!" and your words inspire us to continue to aim higher. About our Classes & Workshops

Our yoga sessions engage participants in a dynamic blend of physical postures, breath, movement, meditation and mantra, which activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream.
Most importantly, it builds inner strength and self-awareness to reach your highest potential. You will discover how to unleash and strengthen the mental, physical and nervous energies of your body!
A TYPICAL 1 HOUR CLASS LOOKS LIKE THIS: We begin with a tune-in mantra to set our intention for the class followed by a series of warm up & flow exercises that then move into a Kriya. A Kriya is a carefully crafted orchestra of exercises (like a finely tuned recipe) and breath techniques designed to meet a specific physical and mental goal. We then rest to allow the energy created to penetrate and distribute itself throughout the body. This is followed by a brief meditation or mantra depending on our customization for you or your group. Class will finish with crystal bowl sound therapy and a tune-out mantra to seal the work. We always offer modifications to exercises to accommodate any level of participant.
The primary objective is to awaken the full potential of human awareness in each individual, to recognize and refine that awareness, and expand upon it to your highest potential. Our Kundalini yoga sessions work to clear any inner duality, to create the power to deeply listen, to cultivate inner stillness, and to prosper and deliver excellence in all that you can do.
PRICING: Please contact us about our private yoga session pricing and private retreats. We create retreats to meet your needs from day long workshops to weekend retreats and more.

Emotional, Empowering and Powerful! Margaret's Intention Workshop was so much more than expected! It brought our work retreat to a much higher level giving all our team members the opportunity and tools to help clear the mind, release stress and to understand how mental clutter can skew our vision to become greater than we are.
We cannot imagine this Workshop not being a part of our Retreat Work and glad we made the choice to have Unbeaten Path not only open our retreat but to close our opening day as well! The Team all came together as one and was completely revitalized and focused! THANK YOU, UNBEATEN!

Brief history of kundalini yoga
Traditionally, all yoga systems were considered to be a preparation for the inner evolution and outer transformation for which Kundalini, is invariably a catalyst. The pure nature of Kundalini has allowed each generation for thousands of years to find personal meaning in the practice. The objective is decentralized and selfless - help people actualize their Higher Self. Kundalini does not claim to be the way; it is simply a way, one tool on each individual’s journey to personal discovery. What's amazing is that going to a Kundalini Yoga class today feels so fresh, relevant and forward thinking, you would think it was a hybrid Eastern-Western concept developed specifically for the 21st Century.
The Upanishads, the sacred scriptures of Hinduism that date back to the fifth century B.C., provided a written description of Kundalini, although the oral tradition dates back even further. For thousands of years, this sacred science and technology was veiled in secrecy, passed along in the oral tradition from master to chosen disciple.
Indian yoga, with its emphasis on the transmutation of energy to higher consciousness, contributed the cultivation of Kundalini and the preservation of its knowledge. Kundalini was a rarity in the West before the 1970s until more attention became centered upon the consciousness. In 1932, for example, psychiatrist Carl G. Jung and others observed that the Kundalini experience was rarely seen in the West. Kundalini Yoga was never taught publicly until Yogi Bhajan, challenging the age-old tradition of secrecy, brought Kundalini Yoga to United States in 1969. Since then, it has spread all over the world. He wrote, “I am sharing these teachings to create a science of the Total Self… It is the birthright of every human being to be healthy, happy and holy”
It is said that Kundalini Yoga was originally used in India in the early origins of Sikh religion. However, an examination of mystical literature and traditions showed that Kundalini, called by various names, seems to have been a universal phenomenon in esoteric teachings for perhaps three thousand years. Kundalini-type descriptions or experiences are found in esoteric teachings of the Egyptians, Tibetans, Chinese, some Native Americans, and Africa. Kundalini has been interpreted from the Bible as “the solar principle in man”, and is referenced in the Koran, the works of Plato and other Greek philosophers, alchemical tracts, and in Hermetic, Kabbalistic, Rosicrucian, and Masonic writings.
