Hike, Write Design Walkshop and Architectural Tour

In this powerful writing & drawing workshop, guests will join owner, Margaret Lindgren, for a 3 hour guided Experience designed to unlock frozen perceptions of ourselves and to shift our relationship with inner passivity, selfceare , trauma, or negative self dialog. 

Ultimately, its about unclogging our path through creative self expression - and the feeling when this happens is AWESOME!

HOW IT WORKS:

The purpose of this Walkshop is to experience the process of healing or growth by acknowledging certain aspects of our inner landscape. 

This inspirational and healing experience includes: 

• Guided Nature Walk
• Guided Meditation & Sound Bowl Therapy
• A Free Writing Tutorial & Experience
• A Creative Design Tutorial & Experience
• Collaborative Discussion for Collective Healing

​This is a creative process that is free flowing, open and powerful!  All the goods in one!  And so very liberating! 

Combing aspects of our Redwoods to Coast Tour, Our Sigils (symbols) drawing Walkshop, Kundalini Yoga Meditation and Sound Bowl Therapy, owner & your private guide, Margaret Lindgren, shows you the sign posts to opening, healing and embracing your entire inner landscape.

HIKE, WRITE, Design workshop
DURATION: 3 Hours total
Price per GUEST:  $165/Per PersON

Ages 10 to Adult.  
Children 10 to 15 years of age: Reduced Rate of $75

Journals and Pens are provided. 

What to wear: Please wear layered clothing that can also be used during the seated portion of this Experience.  Shoes should be comfortable at all times. We highly recommend a good, practical walking and hiking shoe. 

​Guests should expect to be on their feet up to 1.5 hours, and seated in natural surroundings (optional) or on outdoor deck settings at your location up to 1.5 hours.
