We could all use a moment to open ourselves to receiving clarity and amplifying inner peace. I put together this goto mini set designed to remove Negativity - especially when we hit the deepest valley of COVID lows. This is a great (and quick) set just 13 minutes intro to finish. I recommend pausing the recording at the tune-in portion so you can take your own time to tune-in and set intentions for peace, calm and clarity. Also, since this isn't a full class with warm ups, doing some Sun Salutations before the set to get the energy flowing will enhance energy flow. Then sit on into it to get started. WORDS FROM THE HEART
This 11 minute guided meditation emanates from the Heart Center with 4th Chakra sound bowl therapy, trippin' visuals I took of our local emerald Corn Lilies (these plants are endemic, local, only in The Sea Ranch) as well as the sounds of rain in the redwoods, tree frogs and love. Enjoy this as a visual calming practice or focus within at the third eye point for deeper clarity. ENJOY! |
