inspired through nature WE hike Meditate FREE write through Stream of consciousness untouched ever flowing raw Drawn & REAL
WE WRITE to explore, to create to heal & share our story
In this powerful writing & drawing workshop, guests will join owner, Margaret Lindgren, for a 3 hour guided Experience designed to deepen your connection to place and within.
The journey begins with a uniquely narrated 1+ hour hike to discover connection, contribution, value and collective strength as witnessed in Nature.
Guests will then settle comfortably into their own sacred space in place to partake in a guided meditation for clarity and one pointedness of Mind.
In a practice called "free writing", guests will then visually choose a prompt (or object) from their surroundings to inspire a written stream of associations and consciousness. Writing strictly from the first things that come to mind, without stopping, crossing out, rereading or editing, this powerful exercise will produce an image, a memory and a strong foundation for further exploration.
Moving into the final phase of this healing experience, guests participate in an exercise designed to transform their written word(s) into a hand drawn sigil (symbol) that represents their feelings, thoughts, intentions, and healing in Life and in Nature.
This is a creative process that is free flowing, open and powerful! All the goods in one! And so very liberating!
